Full Flake

Paint chip floors are very popular in today's market.  This system offers a durable seamless surface with a unique aesthetic quality.

Similar to the quartz floor, the vinyl paint chips are broadcast into wet coating; normally an epoxy or urethane.  All excess is removed and the floor is normally  topped with chemical resistant urethane, to prevent discoloration.  The chips can be thrown, or broadcast, at various rates and the chip size may be varied.  The final finish has a "spotted" or "speckled" appearance.  This finish helps hide dirt, oil, and other marks, leaving a surface that always appears clean.

A variety of chip colors are available and they may be assembled into any "blend". Silica sand, aluminum oxide, or glass beads may be broadcast with the sand to create a surface with slip-resistant properties.
